Digitization of Roman glass artifacts in 3D - Phase 2
After the successful completion of the first phase, the project continued in collaboration with the Museum of Vojvodina in Novi Sad and Dr. Isidora Đurić, focusing on the digitization of an additional ten Roman glass sculptures. This continued partnership enabled the integration of all digitized artifacts, including those from the first phase, into a unified web application. Visitors have the opportunity to explore the details of Roman glass sculptures in a unique and innovative way. The digitized artifacts can be examined in 360 degrees through an interactive web platform, and exhibition spaces can be accessed in augmented reality using QR codes.
Results and Impact:
The project enabled visitors to explore the details of Roman glass vessels in a virtual environment and/or augmented reality, made more accessible through QR codes placed next to the displayed artifacts.
