AI Animations in an AR Experience based on Stevan Aleksic's Self-portrait in a Tavern

As part of the exhibition "Artists’ Studios" at the Gallery of Matica Srpska in Novi Sad, digital content was created, including AI animations of Uroš Predić’s "Girl at the Well" and Stevan Aleksić’s "Self-Portrait in a Tavern", presented in Augmented Reality (AR). These digital experiences bring to life spaces captured in old photographs and provide new visual interpretations of the symbolism of the artworks. The project was realized in collaboration with the Gallery of Matica Srpska in Novi Sad, Assistant Professor Dr. Isidora Đurić, and Associate Professor Dr. Igor Kekeljević from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.

Results and Impact:

The project enabled visitors to explore the details of Roman glass vessels in a virtual environment and/or augmented reality, made accessible through QR codes placed next to the exhibited items.
