The Virtual Studio of Sculptor Đorđe Jovanović

The project Virtual Studio of Sculptor Đorđe Jovanović was realized in collaboration with the Gallery of Matica Srpska in Novi Sad and Dr. Isidora Đurić. The aim of the project was the digital reconstruction and presentation of the studio and artistic work of sculptor Đorđe Jovanović. Using available photo documentation, a three-dimensional reconstruction of the studio was created, faithfully depicting the environment in which the artist worked. The virtual tour allows visitors to freely navigate and explore the interior of the reconstructed studio and the arrangement of artworks. A special section is dedicated to digitized sculptures by Đorđe Jovanović, which can be examined in detail, in 360 degrees, within the virtual space. By combining archival sources with modern technologies, an interactive and educational virtual environment was created, enabling visitors to gain a closer understanding of the space and works of one of the most important Serbian sculptors of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Results and Impact:

The virtual tour allows visitors to experience the reconstructed artistic legacy of Đorđe Jovanović and the studio where he created his works, through the use of modern technologies.
